Following the Social Housing (Regulation) Act, the Housing Ombudsman’s Code became statutory from 1st April 2024. Lench’s Trust reviewed and updated its policies to reflect this; providing a single, robust set of standards for complaints procedures to be accessible, fair and efficient.
Our policies and complaints self-assessment has been approved by our Board of Trustees.
