Carer (Bank)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential care and support to individuals living in our extra care scheme in Quinton. The role involves assisting with daily activities, ensuring the well-being of residents, and delivering high-quality care services. If you have a passion for helping others and possess the necessary skills, we would like to hear from you.
Duties:- Providing personal care assistance to individuals in their homes, within the scheme. Administering medication following prescribed guidelines- Assisting with mobility, including heavy lifting when required- Delivering person centred care with empathy and respect- Supporting residents with dementia care needs- Monitoring and reporting on residents health status
Skills:- Experience in home care or nursing home settings- Ability to provide person centred care with compassion and empathy- Good Communication - Trustworthy - Ability to work on own and as part of the Team -
