I’m Aaron, the Systems and Operations Administrator at Lench’s Trust; being responsible for contracts, admin and all things IT. I have been working with the Trust now for over 5 years starting in 2018; it has been quite the journey.

When I first joined Lench’s Trust, it was as a Chef in Raj’s Bistro at William Lench Court cooking hearty meals for the residents. I had done this for two years and through that time I learned a lot about the Trust and it’s values. Come 2020 however, an Admin position became available so I took my chances and applied to be part of the Head Office team with my application being successful! For the past three years, I have learned many skills and talents - experiencing many opportunities that have aimed me through my career.

In my free time I enjoy drawing, learning languages, cooking and playing video games in the evening to wrap up the day. My dream is to go to Japan and start my own business over there as everything from the culture to the food is very different, something I definitely would like to experience one day.
