I’m the Housing Manager at Lench’s Trust and have been working here since July 2022, in this short time I have had the opportunity to regularly visit all Schemes, meeting staff and residents. My role is based at Head Office with the responsibility of line managing the Scheme Managers, Allocations Manager and Catering Manager. I have worked in housing for over 20 years; however, I have never worked for an Almshouse Charity previously, it has been a learning curve, with the different terminology used but I have thoroughly enjoyed the learning process.

In my personal life, I have recently taken up Pottery and whilst I will never be good enough to be on The Great Pottery throw down… I am thoroughly enjoying myself with lots of laughter and making new friends along the way!!
